The dedication, kindness and professionalism of the staff go some way towards compensating for problems caused by inadequate staffing and funding. Communication can be poor. A leaflet or website explaining the service(everything from different Staff grades, services offered to times of meals) is desperately needed. Having said that, the quality of the staff is crucial and the current staff are gems.
