The care I had today was excellent in every way.
The staff are all so friendly and make sure you are kept informed about what is going on.
Nothing is too much bother to them.
I'm sure someone could find something that could be improved but I can't see that you can improve on excellence.

Care by a friendly and professional staff was exemplary. The environment was pleasant, and I was impressed by the dedication and good team work apparent at all times. I could not fault my treatment at E.M.U.

98% of the staff always kind and helpful.
2% left too long before answering bell and on one occasion left and slipper pan for half an hour.
I will always remember staff on ward 3B with gratitude affection.
