Care could not have been better. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. All staff empathetic with the needs of someone with multiple sclerosis, they listened and actioned on my advice as my wife's carer - This has not happened in past experience at J.R. Nothing could be improved with this EMU, long may it last - please feel free to pass this last comment onto Jeremy Hunt!
