Waiting time could be improved and some communication not told.
No X-ray after 7:30 pm rather spikey! Male receptionist very pleasant.
Nurse asked a lot of questions about who lived at home unnecessarily.

My appointment was very positive and informative. Joanne made me feel comfortable and explained things clearly. We went through diet and exercise. Can't think of any improvements.
