On entering the unit I was very surprised to see the unit. I had no idea that this unit existed. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The unit is very well organised and all tests that were required were done efficiently.

Excellent care and professional treatment by all doctors and nurses involved over several days. Efficient, kind, flexible and understanding. I obviously do not want to return but if I had to go to any medical facility this would be my first choice, sadly after many years of experience of the NHS in England and Northern Ireland! Especially good nurses; much better than I have found in main NHS hospitals.

Great care.
Very good communication. Always aware of what was happening (I was).
Improvement.
Very difficult to improve on this, I guess if you could scan my heart were but realistically the John Radcliffe should have that equipment.
