Everyone was so helpful. I personally have mobility problems and the staff were only too willing to provide a wheelchair when relaxing.

Attending the MIU after trapping my daughter’s fingers in the car boot. All the staff who dealt with her care and me that evening were amazing, kind, caring and non-judgemental.
The NHS service is fantastic and we’re fortunate to have it, long may it continue and be provided with the funding it should be.
