I received the absolute best care and am so grateful to all the staff, nurses and doctors who were all so helpful, giving me advice on how to aid my recovery and make my general health better in the future. I am so grateful this service is available within my local community, it is an absolutely brilliant service and we are lucky to have this service available locally.

I was seen in a timely manner. Whole visit, with x-rays, was only 2 hours. The doctor (?) took time to listen and gave effective treatment and advice.

I did not phone 111. I did phone the GP surgery and should have phoned 111 because of this I had no appointment but was seen in approximately 1 1/4 hours by a doctor and then the wound dressed very efficiently by the nurse (Tracy).

Excellent care, everyone so lovely and caring, everything explained clearly and thoroughly. Excellent that I could choose time to come in for 2nd part of treatment. Lovely staff.
