The lady on reception was abrupt and a little rude. I'd had a car accident and was feeling very shaken and upset. He questioning in a rude manner made me feel like I shouldn't have been there to be checked over.
The doctor I saw on the other hand was great, kind and checked me over thoroughly. She gave me lots of advice how to care for my injury as well as a leaflet.

The nurse consultant/practitioner who saw me was so helpful. She treated me very kindly and was very patient, explaining everything before she did it. She made sure i wasn’t in pain and gave really helpful advice about how I can get better quickly.
