I am very satisfied with the care and advice I have received over the past 14 years.
In my opinion 1 improvement would make my experience even better ,is that of the return to the pre arranged appointment system. This was the system that gave me my next appointment before I left the unit, which allowed me to plan my life without cancellations.
I hope there can be a return to this system.
