During my assessment, a man knocked on the door and picked through the window while I was there . At that time I didn’t wear my religious scarf , the man saw me . He should have knocked and waited .

I visited with my mum to have her hearing aids checked. Yhe person who saw us was very understanding and helpful. My mums now hearing a lot better and I don't have to shout anymore!
