The day has enabled me to mix with and chat to others who are in a similar position to me health-wise. The arts and crafts were mixed and great fun. The selection of art and crafts was amazing. The therapies available were varied and the therapists knowledgable and so kind. Lunch was great healthy, varied and very tasty. I did not expect such a really good day. Looking forward to the next one!!

My answer was given because I found it very relaxing, able to talk with other people in the same boat. Also the staff were so helpful and friendly with everyone The treatments are an added benefit.
