Staff are very polite and empathetic. Took mum's wishes and concerns onboard and made mum feel comfortable and less anxious with them at a very stressful time of her life.

I feel likea different person to the one I was when just attending these occasions, able to go out with the world { } carry on. I certainly did not feel like that when first first attending withdraw and concerned. This is all down to you and wonderful team.

The answer I gave was because the staff could not have been more caring and helpful. Every week I look forward to coming to the hospice.

The staff and volunteers are always helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They are kind and cheerful, and always do everything to help.

I do not think there is anyway they could be more caring.
