After 3 weeks of A&E treatment then transfer to Cheddar ward, waston general hospital, to be treated with dignity and respect has scored very highly, whereby previously treated as a nobody as that health system is unable to cope with you as an individual.

I honestly behave I cannot fault anything what so ever... well done!!! 10/10 gold star!!!!

Lucy Green was outstanding in her approach, She was kind, caring empathetic, supportive. Made mum feel more reassured to move forward in her difficult journey she is on.

Excellent treatment. I was able to relax properly. A touch so gentle it was like silk.
