I was unsure what to expect when I was admitted to this hospice and due to this I was a little apprehensive when I arrived. My concerns were unjustified as right form the reception area through to my room there was a feeling of warmth, peace and care. Whilst I have been here the staff have been wonderful. They have been caring, exceptionally friendly and with nothing being too much trouble. I have found that from the consultant right to cleaners, all staff in this hospice are a caring hands on team and I cannot compliment them enough.
