All persons we spoke with at the hospice were kind, caring and considerate. A referred to the hospice can be quick daunting and the initial meeting was extremely useful for me to understand the position of the hospice at the facilities and services and for the hospice to evaluate me and identify my needs at the { } if my condition is appropriate to possible assistance. Our meeting was professional, informative and very helpful.
Suggested improvements
Nothing else - Waston hospice did more than enough to help me. I now look forward to attending the forthcoming fab meetings in October.
