Marc visited following an initial visit by Kathy. He was knowledgeable and was able to set up the equipment needed. He was also very kind and after the visit phoned to check that everything was working well and to help me access something. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Suggested improvements
  • Nothing, service was great.

It seems almost impossible to get an appointment. I have called 9 times in the past two weeks and only managed to speak to somebody twice. If the patient is important and communicating issues across is a priority. Then why is this the case?.

Suggested improvements
  • Actually answer the phones properly and have a proper appointments system set up.

Cat and Lisa Price are incredible ladies who Are helping my daughter find her voice. Today they’ve patiently guided myself and my husband through the how to’s of a communication device. Hopefully 🤞 we should be able to make sentences at our next appointment in November. To the ladies manager… you can do much better than a wispa bar 🙏🙏 they deserve much more. To the ladies thank you both so much

Suggested improvements
  • Nothing other than appreciate just how amazing you all are.

Everything was explained very well and at a medical level that I could understand and the professionals in the room kept asking me if I understood what was said. I felt that all my concerns and problems were listened to and was understood how these problems are affecting me in my daily live

Suggested improvements
  • Could have done with an OT in the actual appointment for there input
