A lot of improvements, mainly communication issues could help patients very significantly. I brought my son to A and E to be redirected to choc at 7 pm. I inquired his appointment time, on the 2nd occasion, I was told his time was 8.45pm but with a further wait. I am ill, having not long been out of ICU and have since missed my medication.
