Filling in prior to treatment as my mother has waited 1 hr 50 mins after her 'urgent' Choc appointment so far, it is 1:50 am.
No urgency placed on her appointment.
75 year old with blood pressure of 222/117 told on the phone needed urgent assessment that was over 3 hours.
Unacceptable.
