I received very caring treatment and felt I was listened to. The explanation of my condition was very clear and the reasons for the treatment given were thoroughly explained.

I don't think anything could have been better. Maybe the amount of time I had to wait before finally getting an appointment, 8 months, could have been shorter. However, I understand that the pandemic put huge pressures on the NHS
