The staff were very friendly and accommodating of my needs. They pushed back my appointment so that i could have the numbing cream on for the correct amount of time, which was very helpful.

Better communication between the GP and the hospital as the information i got from the GP about numbing cream was incorrect.

Friendly nurse, put me at ease as she could see I was a bit nervous

The screen that calls up patients for blood tests needs to be much clearer, the text that shows names and room is hard to read against the coloured background. Many patients struggled. The text needs to be much larger and more readable. For such a long waiting room you may need more than 1 screen.
