The physios at Thatcham Community Hospital are friendly yet professional and informative and helpful in explaining treatment.
Additionally the paperwork, contact, and department staff are very efficient and responsive.
Suggested improvements
All good, only observation: perhaps acknowledge people in queue by nodding or similar If held up on telephone call. It helps, not least with people who may perhaps be apprehensive.
