If one is unfortunate enough have to visit a hospital, this was the place to go!
Clearly spread out, good signage

Informative staff
Great parking not too expensive
Perfect system to phone and get an appointment time.
Very appreciative of the care we received, thank you.
Suggested improvements
Nothing I can think of to improve.
Maybe make it clearer to patients that a delay may occur on booked slots if an emergency comes in.
People understand if they are kept informed.
Our wait was only an hour and the receptionist was very helpful. People expect to wait but a reasonable amount of time, which in our case it certainly was!
