The staff give me a chance to explain how horrible things are.
I don’t find it helpful being told to distract myself

Just not telling me to use distractions because I’ve already done that. When I call it is because I’m overwhelmed

I was in crisis and came to Warneford to get help. I was assessed, given reassurance and was followed up by my team the following day. The lady was very kind, honest and real.

I call the team regularly. Sometimes just to chat or if i’m fed up. They listen and help me get through tough times
