My name does nurse franklin always provided me with excellent care, time and compassion. She is an excellent nurse.
The activity leader always includes me in activities despite my social difficulties. This and Emily's supports has made me feel included in the ward.
I wish I was involved in more of my care decisions and management and doctors listened and responded to my requests instead of feeling ignored

Being looked after well is core thing so I'm impressed with the service. The staff are well coordinated, the team who I am with are well spoken and listen well to the patients.
The communication within night staff could be improved as I see some staff do well but other staff have fed cottoned on all the time when they are with allocated patients, e.g supper food has not been up per standard, I wouldn't have toast before I sleep but biscuits with not chocolate is better for morale plus the occasional cheese and biscuits for those that like to snack at supper. I liked being involved with others
Games such as table tennis I enjoyed. One on one consultation is required for me

Nursing/care/all staff were lovely and caring - including catering and cleaning staff. Built good relations with some staff including doctors
Downside - a seemingly high number of bank staff
Saw lots of different faces on many occasions

Good staff although sometimes they try to register into people that they are unwell e.g Margaret.
All in all good place to recover and relax
