The majority of the ward staff are lovely, so hardworking and compassionate. But the ward seems really short staffed and there are a couple of rogue members of staff who are taking shortcuts whilst masquerading as well intentioned. There are lots of procedures in place to keep patients safe but the staff shortages mean that there will inevitably be avoidable incidents.

The staff are amazing! They made me feel so safe and looked after me so well, everyone is so supportive and kind and reassured me loads. Even though being in hospital is not the nicest experience, the staff made my time here bearable

The doctors, healthcare assistants and nurses are good, well trained and helpful. However, often it seems they act under a 'power' dynamic when 'disciplining' as opposed to simple rational. This is in particular 'panl' the department manager, who was acted irrationally twice. He has been reported before for inappropriate behavior.
