The way you talk to people and think everyone has to be okay.
The information given to help me understand my mental health has been really helpful. I have felt understood and respected. I like the way I was given time to talk and was never rushed because I'm 18 years old, all of my previous care has felt patronising and I felt as though it had not been talked to an independent individual like myself who has lived alone since the age of 16. The AMHT have given me much better support in comparison to CHAMS.
It would be nice if the sessions could be last longer than 4 weeks (4 sessions) since now I'm scared to be alone. It was difficult to tell my story to someone so it's going to be challenging to move on and trust new people.
