Staff have been very supportive and really understanding despite the amount of pressure they are under. I have seen them being shouted at unfairly but yet they have still remained professional and calm. The staff were good with my own care and put a plan in place that I could follow

I have been surprised by the quality of care I have received when available however I do feel that the service would benefit from a few more staff as it is quite common to feel short staffed.

I have to continually have to ask multiples times to try and get anything done unfortunately and removal of mobile phone usage. Staff are lovely.

Good balance across team with different methods of support. Certain team members slightly negative. Clear punishment/reward - you know where you stand. Good behaviour and honest conversations is rewarded with trust.

My family member was treated with a great deal of kindness and attentiveness throughout her stay at the ward Staff were always helpful and reassuring In particular we were given through and clear explanations of what was happening I always felt that she was in safe and caring hands
