Absolutely nothing! Awful service!

Everything. The service is honestly so poor I would shut it down. Am under 'Oak' team, the psycharist are awful and misdiagnose - do not listen to their patients. No staff member has any time to help you, when you ask for help you get none. Management are also very bad.

I cannot recommend the warneford doctors and psychiatrists enough! They’ve helped me through significantly low and problematic periods of my life and managed to save me from some extremely mentally volatile situations. They’ve changed my life for the better and helped me regain some clarity on what’s wrong with me and how I can be helped with medication. Dr Zghoul, Dr Hong & Dr Reddy have been amazing. I wish I could do something for them as they have given me such support and kindness. Dr Zghoul especially and Dr Hong. Thank you so so so so much.

Ward is pleasant and well equipped.
Staff are informative about care and progress and answer questions helpfully.
Suggested improvements
More activities would be nice as patients can get bored.
More group therapies/activities
Patient tells me staff can be distant and sometimes get angry

Same staff rather than high staff turn over

I don’t feel her ideas of how she can work towards discharge are properly listened to and agreed with and obstacles seem to be constantly put in her way and expectations changed which she finds confusing and demoralising.

Excellent staff, in particular Kai, my named nurse, the other nursing staff and HCAs, Rachel the activities coordinator and Sam the peer support worker

Been more consistent about applying rules such as no vaping in communal areas
Consistently offering a one to one each day
Having more activities each day with an up to date timetable for these
Offering more choice of vegetarian meals
