I would like to thank all the staff for there help and care
Following several traumatic months in prison, I recognise this place to be somewhere to regroup and recupurate -true rehabilitation with an encouraging emphasis on talking therapy and good camaraderie with fellow patients, while the more difficult ones were monitored without being dehumanised. So much goes on behind the scenes but the outward atmosphere is relaxed and healing.
Fantastic staff, especially Sarah, Shannon, guy, James, karlie, George, sheila the housekeeper, Sherrie the housekeeper :) Olivia, Emma, Lottie, Abby, Beauty, Calvin the housekeeper, olu Abdi, Dr charmers Dr Elliot All the doctors and everybody that’s a part of the warneford hospital and especially the Vaughn Thomas ward
Yours sincerely
:) :) :) A big Thankyou for looking after me for the past 6 years we must end mental health discrimination and we must end it NOW!!!
The member of staff I worked with contacted me promptly after the referral was made. She was highly professional, clearly experienced, as well as empathic. I trusted her opinion and advice. I am very grateful to her.
Totally satisfied with the treatment and staff on the ward who looked after me.
They were first class and always treated me with the upmost dignity and respect.
Thnx
Staff was appropriate to talk to
Very understanding this time round
More of a house than a hospital
My son is in the ward I can’t visit due to I’ll health myself so it is very stressful not knowing what is going on
I ring the ward but no one answers they need more phones or an answer machine I am going to make a formal complaint that I can never get through on the phone
Matron rings me regular which is always very helpful and keeps me informed but this is once a week and I sometimes want to speak to someone at other times,
My son rings me every day and seems to be well cared for
