Always staff around available for a chat.
Talk to you before they offer PRN.
Good activities.
- Better system for leave, should not be given to the loudest, but allocate and time for each patient in advance.
- Bathrooms and toilets are dirty- more regular cleaning.
- Take in patients who can mange themselves otherwise chaos is affecting other patients who are calmer.
1. need a new DVD player as some nights only a few staff can use the 'dodgy' DVD.
2. Leave organised for the day otherwise those who shout the loudest get leave!!!
