Morning planning meeting - everyone invited to attend and are well communicated Building is well looked after and clean Good selection of food Various places to sit and ‘relax’ Some staff introducing themselves and taking time to speak to patients Improve - one or two members of staff are not proactive and tend to sit in the office Needs to be more talking therapy and 1-1 time
