Excellent service provided during my stay at the Vaughan Thomas Ward , Warneford Hospital, from the house keeping team through to senior staff I was treated fairly , with empathy , compassion, and without predudice . Obviously a few minor discretion’s but these were identified and acted upon with both professionalism & haste. Without selecting any individual who excelled I would like to raise the profile of , Shelia, Shannon, Abdiaziz, and Scott , who are a credit to both their profession and the trust .
