Very harsh regime I wouldn't treat people the way they do and you never hear of the staff being treated the way they behave to others so the evidence says that no one thinks the staff are caring or good. Even the staff don't want a taste of their own medicine figuratively.or literally. The staff make no progress and reviews make no improvement to their regime neither does writing to PALs. Their literature says the staff are there to help people live life to the full but in practice this is far from what happens.
