Nothing

Suggested improvements
Have better communication. Listen to the pateint more and take our concerns seriously. Have a heart. Be kind. Offer support for mental health problems during the waiting period for other services that can take months just for an assessment. Understand mental health and have a better understanding on high functioning individuals. You lack the capability to prevent. For example, We can apprently "come back in crisis", but you can't define what a crisis is. A crisis can come very suddenly, but your crisis team dont answer the phone or take our concerns seriously. So, when does your service come into play? After we have overdosed or attempted to take our life? Because there is nothing in between to prevent a crisis from happening. Nor do you try to prevent a crisis from happening. Your system uses a one shoe fits all approach. You could give suggestions to 3rd parties or private routes if you can't offer it at the NHS. But you don't. Constant discharge then refferal due to constant crisis as theres nothing in place to prevent a one.
