Poor care as no therapy
I.e one to one, using things like EDMR CBT? Not enough to do to keep occupied. Just medication.
Too much time, doing nothing. Much more activity needed. Some staff abrupt and rude + lack compassion and empathy.
A lot of the time under staffed
