Great permanent staff and some agency staff. Medical care very good, great consultancy. Good food. Care generally very good Agency:permanent staff ratio could be improved, particularly at weekends as it greatly impacts care quality. Agency staff need reminding not to use mobile phones. Better communication with patients regarding escorted leave times would prevent some distress. Having access to a bedroom key would relieve anxiety, especially when a patient is stealing. Employing an OT would aid recovery as would increase activity budget.
