I have received care and support from everyone on the ward and the cleaning and kitchen staff have made my stay pleasant and fun. Peer support has been useful and I appreciate the leave given. It does appear that medical care for some patients is a little slow however. Priority is given to the mental health on some occasions. The ward team board needs updating and it would help if staff name and role badges were more visibly. I enjoyed having the opportunity to go to the gym with Anna and all the organised activities. Really help to structure the days. Thank you every one of you. Emily x

I think I have covered this. I was transferred from Allen ward with no explanation. This unsettled me and caused me to resist and fear. It would have been better to move me earlier in the day to allow me to settle in
