Support from Anne Duple has been good. The lack of continuity of care from psychiatrist has been very poor. No one to discuss issue of medication. Care plan not given until requested. No one up to date integrated assessment. Waiting for cognitive behavior and support too long - no support in conjunction with medication or team. Very poor. Information very poor - told to look on internet by psychiatrist. My care/mother has had to support me in everything I am not well enough to cope with verbal discussion memory issue still depressed, no help.
