Staff always helpful and are able to respond appropriately to the many varied challenges that psychiatric patients throw at them
The ‘hand cleaning’ instructions worsen anxiety for those with OCD. Can they be re-assessed? The visual graphics are alarming. I’m led to believe that using the sanitising gel is the most effective way of reducing germs rather than obsessive hand washing
