The staff are always excellent when we phone up and tell me exactly what is happening. When there are significant changes the lead consultant or nurse call. However, generally there could be or proactive nursing contact with the family. The family liaison main contact has not really worked.
Suggested improvements
Nothing further.
I am really impressed with the personalised care my daughter receives and the opportunities she has had here both therapy and other activities. Of course I would rather she was not I’ll, but even so she has had experiences and opportunities that she would not have had otherwise eg drumming, plastering.
