Good.
Kind gentle and understanding staff.
Nice food.
Nice safe room and commercial area.
Having privacy when I needed it.
Access to tea and coffee.
Less good.
More things to do, like games etc.
The two people doing the tai-chai giggling to them selves made me feel stupid knowing more about my treatment.
