Staff are friendly. Good. Very efficient sometimes they came to close for comfort like staring in your face with their sofas infront of my bed it made me nervous I know they are only doing their duty. Sometimes night staff do not bring enough white toast of pink sugar table. Emily is nice Franklin is okay. Everybody is nice especially Tohora.
