I was on level 3 obs throughout my admission so always had someone to talk to, which helped a lot. Other patients said they found it more difficult to access staff. The staff seemed extremely busy - staff shortage. But I was given lots of time and good care. I'm very grateful
Perhaps you could cheer up the garden - patients without leave could help. It's very frustrating if you can't go outside.
You helped me a great deal again. Thank you very much
