The staff are so patient, kind and forgiving. The treatment is non-invasive although of course there are barriers in place which can be distressing
I felt that communication between me and the staff team was good, and know that my parents felt the same.
Plenty of support options have been given for outside the ward as well.
Improvement: security of patients items with the office as I had a speaker stolen and a new charger has gone missing too
