The staff are great they are always willing to help
The bad things are I found it hard to get escorted leave due to lack of staff
The activities did not happen most days or at wrong time (over Christmas time)
The daily planning meeting never took place considering the lack of staff it was lovely to rest

Staff are very nice and caring, especially day staff. I wasn't told any rules about timings e.g going in Garden when smoking stops, the fact that I can smoke or go outside whenever as an informal patient.

Staff have been very supportive and really understanding despite the amount of pressure they are under.
I have seen them being shouted at unfairly but yet they have still remained professional and calm. The staff were good with my own care and put a plan in place that I could follow
