I don’t think it’s necessarily poor service but for me I was forced to be here so i didn’t find it great

The activity worker and peer support worker, particularly the peer support worker who went out with me when other staff were reluctant to. The activities they provided were really good.

Staff could have taken me on ground leave when I asked. Staff could have waited with me rather than restraining me.

The nurses and doctors were, without exception, kind and patient and non-judgemental, even though their jobs are so difficult.

My room was like an ice box with no curtains. But I was treated kindly and with respect at all times. Meds could have been sorted quicker. But overall very good.
