Clinicians were knowledgeable and able to answer all questions and concerns and demonstrated outstanding patient care. Informed consent for all medications and hand hygiene were noticeable.
I have received exemplary care from the service for many years and find the staff to be extremely helpful and empathetic.
A brief verbal report by the nursing staff to a family member visiting, about the patient's progress if any, could be helpful.
The staff are all very good good doctor and a lovely Matron
Yes we are very happy with the care and medical treatment our daughter receives here. Very lucky to have this location with our daughters challenging condition. Only one fault the parking, evening and weekend visits plenty of space but if attending working days it's very hard to get space and fitting in a visit with work commitments and traffic conditions can no matter how earlier you leave to attend. Parking a distance away can leave you stressed and run late for immportant meetings. Extra parking is needed near the Highfield Unit (including if collecting a patient or bring a elderly grandparent etc). The other thing about parking is out of hours weekends or late evenings (no cars in the car parking should be off peak or free); part of the patients recovery is visits by the family (we come every day in different vehicles).
Thank you for a first class unit and care for our daughter
