Our family really appreciate the care and support provided to our brother and us
The friends and family group with the amazing Paul and Olivia was such a godsend the previous admission on Littlemore was awful and there was no help or support for us at all so thank you for this group and we would recommend it for all families
We knew he would be ok on VT when we heard Carol Gee was Matron she is an amazing caring nurse who really listens and we have such positive experiences as a family of this admission thank you everyone in the great team

This is a great ward with caring staff all treated me with respect and very helpful
Being in hospital was not something I particularly wanted or felt I needed but as always Carol Gee made everything ok, she was my nurse in the community when I was first diagnosed and seeing her here again made such a difference I knew I was safe and would be ok
Team Gee are the best, Andrew very kind Paul funny and all the team are excellent

Staff are very caring and helpful ,listening when I wish to raise any issues .
I was concerned when I was given the increased dose of Miyazaki energy on Monday evening (45mg not 30mg) by the nurseon duty ( not a regular staff member) Fortunately spotted this & the the error was rectified.

The service did have some good points in the kindness of the team but at the same time the team seemed to want to discharge me as soon as possible. They didn’t take into consideration how I felt about anything and how vulnerable I was. I had heard great things about the team and was hoping this would provide the support that I needed but instead I seemed to be turned away with very little support. My plan following discharge wasn’t agreed by me and lots of false information seemed to be written about me in order to tick boxes and get me discharged.
