A good ward very good staff led by a lovely Matron George is always helpful and the social worker Elly is very kind and helpful what a asset to the ward she is Dr Barrera a kind man he does listen and very respectful and calm even when at times I wasn’t Thanks everyone for getting me back on track

This admission has been really helpful I feel there is hope and I will recover, the staff are all very kind and helpful the PSI groups mindfulness and the talking therapy all brilliant. Matron spent a long time with me preparing for discharge bringing everything I have learnt in the groups together in my safety plan, I realise I have may positive things I am and can do so Thankyou everyone

Thank you for turning my life around the care I received has been excellent the staff amazing,it’s a difficult place to be emotionally and physically but the care is outstanding, the PSI groups helped me to realise there are things I can do and the simple things taught in them really helpful STOPP and 54321 things I am now doing to manage my thoughts and worried better thank you People here really listen their are good things to do and the meadow and gardening with Rumi was so helpful peaceful and reminded me of what I love doing and being outside I fresh air and open space has been great Staff are top class no one to complain of Matron brought everything together for me at discharge and the safety plan helpful for me and my family I feel so much better thank you all

I did not need to be here and was kept here far too long people don’t listen I prefer to be at home! Nurse Imogen is a darling but her parents need to take her away and look after her better she needs a good sleep and food the patients all put on her too much Abdi is a good man kind and helpful the Matron goes above and beyond does she live on the ward? The only person who speaks sense and treats me like a human being I don’t ever want to come back here it’s hell

Change of medication - quick and easy. Less forceful staff - what is allowed/not allowed on the ward. Kind staff, good at telling you when its time for meds/dinner etc. Good at reminding patients re what their care plan should like after learning the Warneland headquarters.
