Taking my concerns for Amy's continuing health care seriously. Respecting confidentiality issues and Amy is right to access any health previous. The approachability of Liz McGill, her compassion, sensitivity and willing to learn. Finding ways of encouraging Amy to give blood sample. The improvement I feel is in the length of time taken to complete the process.
